The Risk of Taiwan “Ukrainization”

The War for domination of microchip production and the risk of the destruction of Taiwan

The world is at war! – Cold war, which is heating up.

The proxy war that the West wages against Russia on Ukrainian soil, using this poor country as cannon fodder, decimating its young population, is just the beginning of a great war that the West is preparing to prevent the loss of the American empire’s hegemony and its colonialist vassals.

The imperialists no longer hide the fact that they are in full preparation for a major war against China. They openly talk about a war against the Chinese people and are willing to use their vassals in Europe to be part of this enterprise. NATO would no longer be an alliance to operate only in the North Atlantic, its sphere of action would be extended to the China Sea.

With the conflict in Ukraine they achieved their main objective, which was to isolate Russia from Europe to preserve their European vassals. Now they are going to use Taiwan to provoke a conflict against China to isolate that country from the rest of the world with the purpose of weakening it politically and economically so that it is no longer in a position to be the greatest economic power on the planet and a great strategic ally of Russia.

But a war against China requires total control of supply chains, something that the West does not yet have and is trying in every way to ensure the provision of strategic supplies so as not to harm its own industry in the event of a conflict with China. One of the most strategic supplies is the microchip used in practically every electronic product or component, it is in household appliances, communication devices, automobiles and industrial equipment.

And knowing that the West needs to seek self-sufficiency in the production of these small components, a large volume of investments is already underway to build new factories in the USA and Europe. There are billions and billions of USD allocated to increasing production in the West.

But China is also making strategic investments to expand its microchip production capacity, especially highly integrated microchips, with less than 10 nanometers (nm) of distance between transistors components. These are microprocessors used in the most expensive devices such as cell phones and laptops. And when China puts its new factories into production, and the West also puts its new factories into production, something unprecedented will happen in the global microchip market: – there will be overproduction and consequently an oversupply that could make prices plummet.

Already anticipating this oversupply in the market, the imperialists openly talk about destroying Taiwan’s microchip industry, with the excuse that it cannot fall into Chinese hands in the event of an invasion. This shows that Taiwan is at risk of being used as cannon fodder in the same way that Ukraine was used by the imperialists to go to war with Russia until it is completely destroyed.

It is quite likely that Western imperialists will soon cause a “false flag” in Taiwan so that it starts a war against China and that the West will continue to fuel this war in the same way it fuels Ukraine’s war against Russia. Then Taiwan will suffer the same fateful fate that Ukraine is suffering.

But what would be the warning sign that would indicate that the West would be ready to provoke a war against China using Taiwan? A possiblesign would be if the West managed to start up its own microchip factories without depending on factories in China and Taiwan. But even setting up its factories in the USA and Europe would not be enough to guarantee self-sufficiency in the production of microchips, since the production chain of this industry is extremely complex and interconnected with rare earth mining sectors in which Chinese dominance prevails on the production of these strategic inputs for this industry.

What is even more ironic is that despite sanctions applied by Western countries to China, preventing it from obtaining important equipment for the production cycle, such as lithography machines and advanced semiconductor design systems, it is more likely that China will be able to obtain self-sufficiency even before the West. This is because China invests heavily in the development of technologies necessary for all phases of the production cycle, including the development of very important lithography equipment, where the Chinese hope to reach 3nm, surpassing the 5nm of the most advanced chips produced by Taiwan and western manufacturers.

Recently, Huawei announced a new cell phone model with technology completely developed in China, showing that China is determined to obtain technological independence from the West as Western countries have been using sanctions to impose their political and commercial interests.

Another strategic sector in which China dominates most of the minerals and base metals supply chain is the production of lithium batteries for electric cars. Many components used in the production of these batteries are produced in China, so this is yet another strategic technology sector in which the West still depends on China. It is thus clear that self-sufficiency in supply chains for Western industry will hardly be achieved to give the West the industrial security it needs to declare an open war against China. Especially now with the new liberation movements from Western colonialism in Africa where the supply of Uranium to Europe is already threatened due to the deposition of the puppet government in Niger and the constitution of a new anti-colonial government.

However, the Empire and its Western vassals are terrible strategists and quite reckless when they believe that a war can bring immediate political gains. Realizing the imperialist dirty game with the purpose of pushing Taiwan to declare independence and provoking a war against China, Taiwanese businessman, Terry Gou, founder of Foxconn, intends to run for president to prevent the imperialist neoliberals in the West from provoking this war, which would destroy Taiwan in the same way that Ukraine was destroyed by a war provoked by the West.

It’s a shame that in Europe businesspeople don’t have the same attitude that Terry Gou has regarding the risk of destruction of his country. European businesspeople are passively watching the “Ukrainization” of their countries, which are suffering the destruction of their economies and step by step are being impoverished and nazified to carry out self-destructive wars against Russia and China.
